Dear 8th Grade KMS Parents/Guardians,
We are excited for our 8th grade students to visit Southwest Technical College and Southern Utah University on Wednesday, March 25.
To participate in the field trip, two forms must be completed:
1. School Permission Slip
A school permission slip is attached to this email and needs to be returned to the front office.
2. SUU Challenge Course Waiver
Students will also participate in the SUU Outdoors Challenge Course, which helps students develop teamwork and leadership skills through activities focused on communication, trust, problem-solving, and creative thinking. All participation fees have been paid by the school.

If you need a hard copy of the school permission slip, one can be picked up from Mrs. Hooper or the front office.
Please complete both items as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. Students who do not have both forms completed will not be able to participate in the field trip.
