Dear KMS 7th and 8th Grade Parents/Guardians,
We are excited for our 7th and 8th-grade students to attend Utah Tech’s STEMFEST–UTXplore on Monday, April 27!
To participate in this field trip, **both forms must be completed and returned**:
1. **School Permission Slip**
Attached to this email. Please return it to the front office.
2. **Utah Tech Waiver**
Also attached and required for participation.

Utah Tech has asked that we review expected behavior with students prior to attending. Please help us reinforce that students should be **respectful, safe, and actively engaged** during the event.
If you need printed copies of either form, they are available in the front office.
Please return both completed forms as soon as possible so we can finalize plans. Students who do not have both forms submitted will not be able to attend.
We are also in need of some parent chaperones. If you are interested, please contact Mr. Bateman or Mrs. Hooper.
