Parent Teacher Conference Signups

Dear Kanab Middle School Parents,

Just a reminder on Wednesday, Nov 20, we will have our Parent Teacher Conferences from 8 am-2:30 pm and 5-6 pm.  KMS and KHS will not have school for students on this day.  KES will still be in session.  Each teacher has created an online sign-up with 10-15 minute time slots using Sign-Up-Genius.

To sign up, click on the link of the teacher, choose the available time slot, click on the “Submit and Sign up” button at the bottom of the screen, and add your name along with your email address (so we can send you a reminder) and you are done!

Sign-ups are on a first-come, first-served basis.  Since students have multiple teachers, it might not be necessary to meet with every teacher.  Be sure to schedule times appropriately by allowing some travel time between meeting times.  Our goal is to provide an opportunity for teachers to answer any questions parents might have or follow up with student academic/behavioral progress.  Feel free to bring your student with you.

Please sign up using the links below.  This will also be located on the front page of our school website.  Remember each teacher has their own signup so you will need to sign up on each of the individual teacher’s sign-ups if you plan on meeting with multiple teachers.

We encourage you to login to your SIS portal (the same portal you used for registration) located under the Parent Resources on our school website and check your child’s grades.  If you need any assistance on this process please contact the school office.  We are happy to help!

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your child’s grades, please contact your child’s teacher by phone, email, sign up for Parent-Teacher Conferences, or stop by at the end of the school day (please email to set up an appt).    We have an open-door policy and are happy to meet with you to discuss your child’s progress.

Also, we have had many lost and found items (coats, hats, gloves, lunch boxes, etc.) that have been turned in. These items will be placed on tables in the main hall for you to look through. Please check to see if any of your child’s personal items are there. Any items left by Friday, November 22, will be donated to the local thrift store.

Thanks and Go Regulators!
